Kitchens and bathrooms, my favorite rooms to remodel and my least favorite rooms to clean. I recently finished a bathroom that might be my favorite ever. Not because it turned out so beautifully, which it did, but because it's not my bathroom and I will never have to clean it. There's something very satisfying about leaving a place in all its Instagram-worthiness knowing that you won't ever have to scrub the grout in the shower.

This bathroom had a pretty great transformation. The client's main request was to remove the giant dust-collecting bathtub that was a stubbed toe waiting to happen. I did that and a little more. It started like this. 

And now it looks like this.

There are two more bathrooms in this house that are next on my remodel list. Can't wait to not clean those ones either.
